Quality Policy

GVZ COMPONENTS S.r.L. undertakes to pursue a policy that places both internal and external Customers at the center of its activities. The Customer plays a central role in the success of our company and therefore it becomes important to know him thoroughly, provide solutions and services that meet his needs and create high Customer satisfaction.

The satisfaction of the external Customer is pursued by constantly monitoring the achievement of the objectives agreed in the contractual phase, analyzing his particular needs, implicit and explicit, operating systematically in compliance with the mandatory regulations. Internal Customer satisfaction is pursued through moments of verification and updating on issues related to performance objectives and constant growth of resources, improvement of the company's financial indicators, adapting company processes and procedures in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

The objectives set by GVZ COMPONENTS S.r.L. are: the improvement of the image and market position through: increase in the number of Customers and revenues; the quality of the solutions and services offered;
a constant improvement of the consultancy and assistance processes for the Customer.

the satisfaction of the interested parties (shareholders, Customers, employees), and therefore:
- achievement of budget objectives, in relation to the reduction of margins on the provision of services imposed by the market;
- reduced (or no) disputes with employees;
• constant reduction in the number of complaints, high level of Customer satisfaction;
• compliance with explicit and implicit contractual commitments;
• the care of communication towards the Customer;
• constant growth of the know-how and professionalism of the resources through a constant evaluation of performance and the definition of dedicated training courses;
• Compliance with mandatory sector regulations, through the allocation of resources dedicated to monitoring, updating and consequent implementation of the legal obligations required by the reference bodies;
• Continuous improvement of the quality management system and operating processes, as indispensable tools for improving company performance.

By achieving these objectives, we intend to create a company strongly focused on its Customers, increase market effectiveness and make Customer satisfaction the differentiating factor in a highly competitive market.
The specific objectives are defined annually by the management and disseminated to all company personnel through general or specific meetings.

Supplier's Quality Monitoring

If any one of the following conditions may apply, GVZ Components reserves the right to suspend supplies:

  • Failure to comply with the GVZ Components Purchasing General Conditions
  • Products and/or manufacturing processes changes made by Supplier without proper notice and/or GVZ Components authorisation
  • Negative Test results
  • Improvement Plans not respected
  • Lack of controls
  • Components rejected by the Customer due to malfunction
  • Inadequate Supplier Responsiveness
  • Failure to comply with delivery date and quantities
  • In case of defects recurring on the same product, with a direct impact on Safety, GVZ Components applies in cascade, the following Control Shipping Levels:
    • CSL1 – the supplier must internally 100% control & certify next shipments;
    • CSL2 – the supplier must 100% control & certify next shipments by an external Provider, within 48 hours of receiving official notification. If the Supplier is unable to select a Provider, GVZ Components will provide references. The minimum requirements are: ISO 9001 Certification.
  • Previous experience of 5 minimum years in sorting activities
  • Specialised documentation (dedicate reporting)

Should one or more Non-Compliance(s) related to the CSL2 activation persist, the NBH (New Business Hold) procedure will be activated.
