External customer satisfaction is pursued through continuous monitoring of the achievement of contractual requirements and objectives, analysis of both explicit and implicit specific demands, and systematic operational compliance with applicable regulations. Internal customer satisfaction is ensured through regular review sessions focused on performance targets and ongoing resource growth, improvement in financial indicators, and alignment of business processes and procedures to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

- Meeting stakeholder requirements (shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers) and consequently: Achieving budget targets; reducing or eliminating employee disputes; constant reduction in complaints, high levels of customer satisfaction; strict adherence to explicit and implicit contractual obligations; maintaining clear communication with the customer; continuous growth in expertise and professionalism among staff through ongoing performance evaluations and specific training programs; compliance with binding sector regulations by allocating dedicated resources for monitoring, updating, and implementing legal requirements as specified by relevant authorities; improvement and updating of offered products, solutions, and services; consistent reduction in non-conformities upon delivery to customers; continuous collaboration with suppliers, maintaining correct and transparent relationships to ensure the highest quality of supply.
