    Description

    The CMX Series is a family of SIP style Solid State Relays with ratings from 3 to 20 Amps at operating voltages ranging from 60 to 200 VDC. These SSRs offer low impedance MOSFET output which minimizes total power dissipation and they are ideally suited for high density PCB applications.

    Main features of the CMX Series PCB mounted DC SSRs include:

    • Ratings of 3A @ 200 VDC, 6A @ 100 VDC, 10A @ 100 VDC and 20A @ 60 VDC
