Sensata | CrydomPower Modules come in several standard Diode and SCR/Diode configurations for single-phase and 3-phase applications. These modules are available in panel mount and PCB mount styles with ratings from 15 up to 100 Amps and a line voltage range from 120 to 600 VAC.
Most of our power modules are available with optional free wheeling diode and external voltage suppressor, and they are UL recognized.
