A thermal interface material is required to allow proper heat transference from a panel mount solid state relay to a heat sink or when directly mounted onto a panel. We offer a wide variety of easy to install thermal pads for use with standard panel mount single-phase and 3-phase solid state relays, in addition to special sized pads for 22.5mm and 67.5mm packages.

Thermal pads are available with or without adhesive on one side and they are an excellent alternative to thermal grease since they are very easy to use and offer superior thermal transference performance.
